Many of our researchers are acknowledged national leaders and 85% of our research has been assessed as world standard or above, according to the Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) evaluation. We work with our extensive network of partners in the public and private sector to make the university’s deep expertise accessible and transferable – achieving real world impact, both locally and internationally. Across our health fields we have over 12,500 students in clinical or related placements in every hospital in the region. With our industry and government partners we run ‘LaunchPad’, Western Sydney’s first and only network of start-up incubators, where health innovation and health-tech are focal points.
